how do you make your player talk.
like " that's a good shot" or "whoo hoo" ?

F9 or F10 (both have different phrases), then choose
by numbers acrossed the top of the key board.

Thanks....you now have been exalted  I know Q & E raise and lower the gun ship and W &S are foreward and back. But how do you make it point down to shoot at targets on the ground? |

You can only do that in the two person heli with guns.
Use your heli- up and down controls to move heli
vertically, then press your fire weapon button.
